Hello Everyone!
Sometimes its hard for me to do one thing at a time especially when I have a million things that I have to do. I tend to get frustrated at times when it seems to me that there is less time and more things to do. So reading this quote made me think about how important it is to do one thing first and then tackle the other tasks one by one.
"Nothing is particularly hard if you divide it into small jobs."
-Henry Ford
The pile of papers on the desk keeps getting bigger. The dishes in the sink seem to be multiplying on their own. We've got too much to do at work and at home, and it all seems overwhelming. We toss and turn through the night, wondering how we'll ever get it all done.
But if every time we walk into a room we take care of just one piece of paper or wash just one dish, gradually that pile of papers will get smaller, and the dishes will be cleaned, and we'll be able to sleep again.
Instead of panicking over how much I have to do, I'm going to pick one thing and do it. When it's done, I'll pick something else and do that.
