Hello Everyone!
To me running on bare feet is like being free, letting your feet feel the beauty of the cool earth. Don't be afraid to put sand or dirt on your feet like you used to when you were once a kid. Being on bare feet is enjoying the simple pleasures that life has to offer. "Aha! What? You kidding Me?! Running on your bare feet and getting them dirty?! No way do i want to get my feet dirty!" That's what we tend to say or think most of the time as we start growing older. Why? because parents have long instilled us to not go walking barefoot because then you'll get sick, you will get your feet dirty, or you believe that being barefoot is just plain childish no way am i doing that now that i'm 20! Well believe it or not getting dirty is healthy; by getting dirty i don't mean not take a shower for tho weeks, what i mean is to play in the mud, explore with your bare feet the goodness of the dirt in your backyard, or the grass. Play with paint like you used to when you were small. Many of us as we grow older we get afraid of getting dirty and forget the joys and pleasures of how much we used to love getting dirty when we were small. Just writing about the joys of being barefoot and getting dirty really makes me remember about the time my mom used to tell me and my siblings stories of when she was a young girl in Mexico running and playing barefooted outside the streets of where she used to live, not having a care wether her feet would get dirty; just enjoying nature's simple pleasures.
